Learning Goals for Dunn School
- To acquire a strong base of knowledge and understanding in each academic discipline through study or experience.
- To obtain essential skills necessary to meet with academic, social, and personal success.
- To develop critical thinking and problem solving skills utilizing inductive and deductive methods, synthesis of information, analytical thought, and research skills.
- To exhibit curiosity, active learning, multicultural sensitivity, and an appreciation of intellectual endeavors.
- To develop an independent thinking process by taking responsibility for one's own learning using the resources of the faculty and the school.
