What Teachers Need to Know

  • The librarian is available to co-teach classes, to collaborate on curriculum design, and to provide special resources for upcoming assignments.
  • The librarian often works individually with students and faculty during their free periods to support academic and personal interests.
  • Special materials are available for learning skills and non-native English students.
  • The library has resources to help you design high-level learning experiences for your students using the latest educational tools, technology, and philosophy.
  • If you have requests for books, videos, periodicals, web sources, or other materials, please ask. Dunn can borrow materials form other libraries or add important items to the acquisitions list.
  • The library promotes professional development by offering academic and career support to teachers seeking further education or advanced degrees.
Please browse the study skills page for additional resources.
