How to Apply - Upper School

We're delighted that you're considering applying to Dunn.

We want your application process to be clear and easy. This page provides you with what you need to apply to Dunn. If you have any questions, please call the Admission Office at 800-287-9197.

Step 1. Request information

Step 2. Complete the application

Complete applications must be submitted by February 15, 2013 along with an application fee of $75 in order to qualify for our priority round of admissions. You may download the application or apply online.

Dunn School also accepts the common application from Secondary School Admission Testing or SSAT. Click here to utilize this service.

Step 3. Register for testing

We require that domestic and international applicants take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) or the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) and the scores be forwarded directly to us.  In order for your scores to arrive before the application deadline, we recommend that you register for the SSAT no later than the January testing date.

Our SSAT code is 2914 and our ISEE code is 051863.

Non-native English speakers applying for the eleventh grade must take the TOEFL.  The Dunn School code is 8147. Applicants for the ninth and tenth grades must submit the TOEFL or the Junior TOEFL

Step 4. Schedule a visit

The campus visit is an important part of the application process. We recommend that you schedule a visit before the February 15 deadline and when school is in session. Please call or email the admission office to arrange a visit to our campus, 800-287-9197 or admissions@dunnschool.org
