Each day will focus on different aspects of the game. Both as a teaching tool and to work on match toughness. We will always try to end drills with some type of competitive situation.
Match Play (depends on the day)
Players will play “challenge matches” on a weekly basis to determine placement for matches.
Post- Practice
Depending on our schedule we will end practice with either a run (1-2 miles), sprint quickness drills, or strengthening drills.
