Counseling Services
Supporting Emotional, Psychological, and Social Well-Being
The Wellness Center is a vital part of our commitment to whole student education, offering school-based counseling services that promote emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Our goal is to provide students with the tools and support they need to thrive both personally and academically.
Comprehensive Counseling Services
Our school counselors offer short-term, solution-focused counseling to help students manage stress, develop coping skills, and foster self-awareness. While we do not diagnose or provide long-term therapy, our counselors are here to listen and provide a safe space for students to share their concerns.
We believe in the power of social-emotional learning and support, which we provide through individual counseling sessions, student-centered groups, and seminar classes. These opportunities help students connect with others, build resilience, and engage in meaningful discussions about their experiences and challenges.
Integrated Support System
Our school-based counseling is designed to complement, not replace, outside therapy or counseling. We often work in conjunction with outside providers, such as general practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed therapists, and nutritionists, to ensure that students receive comprehensive care. Our Director of Counseling is always available for consultation and to help facilitate connections with external professionals.
