Student Wellness

Supporting Emotional, Psychological, and Social Well-Being

Student Wellness is a vital part of our commitment to whole student education, offering school-based counseling services that promote emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Our goal is to provide students with the tools and support they need to thrive both personally and academically.

Comprehensive Support Services

Our Professional Community offers short-term, solution-focused support to help students manage stress, develop coping skills, and foster self-awareness. While we do not diagnose or provide long-term therapy, our staff is here to listen and provide a safe space for students to share their concerns.

We believe in the power of social-emotional learning and support, which we provide through individual support sessions, student-centered groups, and seminar classes. These opportunities help students connect with others, build resilience, and engage in meaningful discussions about their experiences and challenges.

Integrated Support System

Our school-based support is designed to complement, not replace, outside therapy or counseling. We often work in conjunction with outside providers, such as general practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed therapists, and nutritionists, to ensure that students receive comprehensive care. Consultation is available to help facilitate connections with external professionals.
