Created by the U.S. Water Polo Association, Splashball introduces the sport of water polo to children. The intent is to provide basic skills and understanding of the sport in a recreational format. Although water polo is known for its toughness and endurance, Splashball harnesses all the fun, dynamic aspects of the game in a safe, easy to learn experience that will motivate kids to swim and stay fit. Arm floats are allowed for children who need a little more help in the pool; Splashball stays in the shallow end. The program is taught by athletes who compete at the high school and college levels.
Session A: July 8–12 (2-3 p.m.)
Session B: July 15–19 (2-3 p.m.)
Age: 5-9 (capped at 10 players)
