A Summer Program for Entrepreneurship and Business

For students entering the 8th, 9th and 10th grade, Dunn Summer Entrepreneurship Academy offers a perfect introduction to business literacy for your budding entrepreneur. Students will manage the Dunn School cafe. They will pick and order the inventory, price, stock and then market and invest the profits. They will nurture their own business ideas from customer development to a viable product. They will pitch their own ideas Shark-Tank style to a group of business professionals and the Summer Academy Community. Weekends are filled with exciting activities in California, including surfing and a trip to see a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game. 

The program is ideal for students with an interest in business and entrepreneurship. We focus on creativity, analytical thinking, collaboration, and complex problem-solving.
